    Vacuum Block Lifters – Description

    General 

    A powerful battery-operated vacuum lifting device for laying marble and granite slabs, concrete and similar.  Robust and compact, this Vacuum Block Lifter can be suspended on all types of lifting equipment by means of load hooks, chains, cables, etc. 

    Strong and compact body with built-in mount for crane hook and the ability to quickly replace the vacuum suction pads.

    Features 

    • Equipped with a battery-operated vacuum pumps.
    • ON/OFF slide valve.
    • Audio/visual safety system: warning flashlight, vacuum gauge, large vacuum reserve tank.
    • The automatic vacuum pumping system.
    • Long working hours.
    • Battery charge indicator. 
    • Manually operated valve for vacuum.

    Comes with alternate size suction pads when lifting smaller pieces.  (Custom dimension vacuum plates made on request)
    Powered by a clip-in 24V battery with energy-saving system allows you to work without recharging throughout the day.  Clip-in battery can be replaced in a matter of seconds.
    Equipped with 2 battery-operated vacuum pumps.  The operator has the choice of switching on 1 pump or switching on 2 pumps, depending on the porosity of the load.
