Auto Lock Series - AL30A

General

The Aardwolf Slab Lifter Auto series is designed for safe handling of granite, marble, and similar slabs across workshops, warehouses, and job sites. An integrated gravity-activated locking mechanism grips the slab during lifting and releases on placement, streamlining operations.

Rubber-lined clamp plates help protect surfaces, while side rollers assist in centering along the slab's top edge. With grip range from 0 mm to 75 mm, the series accommodates various slab thicknesses. Compatible with both cranes and forklifts, these lifters suit a range of handling setups.

Features

  • Auto-locking mechanism: Gravity-controlled system securely clamps during lifting and automatically releases when the load is set down.
  • 3:1 Safety Factor: Engineered to meet strict industrial safety standards.
  • Rubber-lined jaws: Protect slab surfaces from scratches and damage.
  • Side rollers: Aid in positioning the slab accurately.
  • Compact Design: Slim profile allows for lifting closely packed slabs from racks or containers and managing shorter slabs alongside taller ones.
  • Front Clamping for Versatility: Front-edge clamping enables placing slabs near walls, useful in tight spaces or installation work.
